Appearance:
Toshinori is an unforgettable kid, standing only at 5'2" he could be easily overlooked it wasn't for the smell. Toshi isn't a big fan of personal hygiene, always pushing that shower off till the next day. He has horrible posture always slouching in his chair or crouching down rather then standing. Toshi's dirty hair is cut short and is a dark natural color that matches his eyes.
His style is Grunge rock at heart, the same torn jeans, dark t-shirt, and long-sleeved shirt underneath. Untied sneakers and metal spike bracelets top off his look, while Toshi’s school uniform is kept untidy and dirty, full of wrinkles and stains. He has gotten in trouble multiple times for his appearance but Toshi doesn't care as he is still a kid at heart.
Personality:
There is a Toshinori Oki at every school, a shrimpy wise-mouth who thinks he is tough because of the thugs he hangs around with. A jerk who thinks he's got all the angles figured out when even his friends are playing him for a fool, an intermediate bully of sorts.
Toshi is a bit obsessive and completely irritating with no understanding of personal hygiene, he is difficult to stand in the presence of, and furthermore his verbal manners are not much better. Even though Toshi is a delinquent, he is fun loving person who happens to have plenty of repulsive and annoying habits.
Toshi tends to act more like a follower, and often acts as a scapegoat for his friends bearing the brunt of blame for their actions. Toshi is stubborn; when he wants something he'll try as hard as he can to get it, even if it results to petty theft. He sometimes gets his ass kicked regularly by his fellow peers for the stupid stuff he does and Toshi will just laugh it off believing it was all fun 'n' games. He seems to revel in his own weirdness with a self-deprecating humor and feigned over-confidence.

Fighting Style: Kick and then run, Toshi is a coward and will try and avoid a fight. He is quick to flee when things go bad.
History:
Toshinori was abandoned at a young age for unknown reasons, and has no recollection of his family. He was placed in the Kyoudai boarding house that takes in and raises orphaned boys. Toshi has lived there for as long as he can remember and has occasionally been entered into foster homes only to be returned a short while later. The institute hasn't tried placing him since.
The boarding house is run by an older man, his wife, and their son, Aki, but only Aki actually lives in the boarding house with the boys. Toshi has his own room but shares all other facilities with the boys that live in the same wing.
Life in the boarding house isn't all that easy as many of the boys are competitive of each other and have a lack of discipline. The boarding house is a bit neglected by the owners and there isn't enough food in the house for everyone, making things get ugly fast. Toshi just found it easier turning to crime to get the food he needs, this activity leads to Toshi's expulsion from the school that the Kyoudai boarding boys normally attend and forcing him to a different middle school altogether. Despite failing grades, a criminal record, and general poor pupil performance, people still tolerate his presence with contempt.
Family Notes:
Toshi has no actual family the closest thing he has is his fellow boarding brothers. There are three that he is particularly close to that reside in his wing. While they are mean to Toshi and push him around, he remains completely loyal and would do anything for them.
Dai - 17 - Resides in room 2-A. A grungy and rebellious boy that, tends to act like the leader of the orphaned boys, Dai is often irrational and driven by his temper. Currently he is working at a gas station to save up for when he leaves the boarding house. Dai is a big softie when it comes to his girlfriend, who despises the boys in the house and the feelings are mutual. Toshi respects Dai like a big brother, even if Dai beats up him up constantly.
Taro - 16 - Resides in room 2-D. Taro isn't the sharpest boy in the boarding house or the smallest, his hefty build and less than charming personality often make him a target of public ridicule. The social isolation and bad temper makes Taro relate to Toshi in numerous ways and is the only one that is truly nice to him. Taro can usually be found eating on the couch and watching cartoons.
Ebisu - 16 - Resides in room 2-B. Ebisu is arrogant, impatient, and deceptive. A fast-talking punk with a bad attitude he would betray his friends and willingly risk the lives and safety of others for his own gain. His energy, even if it is a bit obnoxious, gives the other boys some much-needed ambition. He taunts Toshinori on many things and gets in fights with Dai constantly.
Neighborhood: Toshi lives in the Kyoudai boarding house for boys, it keeps its seclusion from the busy city by sitting back on a gated property. Toshi resides in room 2-C in the east wing of the second floor.
Job: Has none steals from his fellow housemates as well as others.
Transportation: Has to walk, Aki was nice to buy him a bus pass to travel to the school that seems so far away.
Dating Status: Single and never has had a girlfriend before, prefers tormenting them instead.
Love Life: None so far.
